Request Authorization
Log into your wholesale account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request through the order history dashboard.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the RMA form is included inside the box.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit to our processing center.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received, our team will inspect the garments for quality compliance and issue a refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
